Violations: Comments:
Please replace broken probe thermometer (do not use meat thermometer... be sure replacement unit has proper scale and range) and begin using it routinely, and expired quaternary ammonia sanitizer test kit and begin using it routinely.
Please also remember that all ready-to-eat food must be handled with gloves and may not be touched by bare hands.
Also, the establishment must create an employee health policy and provide a copy to the Health Department. Thank you.
