| Complainant stated: Portable toilet located outside the facility. The portable toilet is located at the far end of the parking lot. The portable toilet is not provided by the facility. It was put in place for a "Poker Run". A "Poker Run" is an event set-up to raise money. Motorcycle riders pay to pick-up a card at each stop along the "Poker Run". When you finish you will obtain a full hand of cards as if a dealer had just finished dealing you your hand. The portable toilet is clearly marked to be used by the "Poker Run". The event organizers were supposed to pick-up the portable toilet on the same day of the event. The owner is still waiting for them to get their portable toilet.
