Comments:
This was a critical procedures inspection. No violations was found. The inspection focused on foodborne illness risk factors and public health interventions. Food contact surfaces were observed to be very clean. There was no visible evidence of pest presence found during this visit. Hot water temperature was adequate at all dinks. The hot water heater noted below is adequate for present operation. There is no dish washing machine on premises. NOTES: Water heater: Bradford White MI7556BN; 76000BTU; 89gph recovery @ 80F rise.
