Follow up establishment visit made. Spoke with manager on duty. Manager advised that a service provider was out earlier in the evening and they advised that they needed to order a part and would be back out in the morning to repair the walk in cooler. EHS and manager observed that the Walk in cooler was holding at 39F and the walk in freezer was holding at 0F.
