Observation: The following cooler units were operating at improper temperatures: the Creamer Holding cooler units located by the drive -thru window and the one located by the front counter
Correction: and Mc Cafe machine.
- Critical: Handwashing Lavatory* (repeated violation)
Observation: There was an insufficient number of hand sinks in the food establishment for foodhandlers to wash their hands.
Correction: Replace the two hand sinks that were removed and have them located where they are easily accessible for foodhandlers to use.
- Physical Facilities - Cleaning Frequency and Restrictions
Observation: There were debris, build up of water and food residue in hard to reach areas on the floor.
Correction: Clean all hard to reach flooring where there is debris, water and food residue.

A reminder the Food Permits are to be displayed in the public's view
- Critical: Food - Potentially Hazardous Food - Cold Holding* (corrected on site)
Observation: Found the following cooler units cold holding potentially hazardous/TCS foods at improper temperatures: Beverage Air cooler unit ( Milk shake mix at 42 F - 44 F recently place in unit and creamers that do not require refrigeration at 50 F that were placed inside unit for more than 24 hours
Correction: and the True cooler unit( bottled milk products at 50 F that were placed inside unit for several days).
- Critical: Handwashing Lavatory*
Observation: There are not an adequate number of hand sinks on site. Only one hand sink was provided to be used by employees who work in the warewashing, food preparation and Serving areas
Correction: Install additional lavatories to increase the employee's opportunity to wash hands routinely. Prior to installing additional plumbing fixtures the permit holder must apply and gain approval through the necessary regulatory agencies.

Observation: There was not a hand sink that was conveniently located that was accessible to employees in the Serving Area.
Correction: Install an additional hand sink that is conveniently located for employees to use who are in the Serving Area.

Observation: Light bulb in Beverage Air cooler (in kitchen) not shielded, coated, or otherwise shatter-resistant. Unpackaged food in unit.
Correction: Shield or replace light bulb with a coated or shatter-resistant bulb.

- Temperature Measuring Devices - Ambient Air and Water (corrected on site)
Observation: The ambient (air/water) temperature measuring device (degrees F) located in the salad cooler is not accurate.
Correction: Provide a temperature measuring device that is accurate within +/- 3 degrees Fahrenheit in the intended range of use. Manager notified and thermometer was replaced.
