    Observation: Butter was at 57 F and should be kept refrigerated
    Correction: Relocate butter to a refrigeration unit that is capable of maintaining food storage at 41°F or below.

    Observation: The nonfood contact surfaces of the ceiling tiles over the soft serve ice cream mop sink and floor drain had accumulations of grime and debris.
    Correction: Clean the surface at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues that become encrusted.

    Correction: Plumbing systems and components shall be maintained in good repair. Relocate the mop holder back to the mop sink so that the wet mop drains into the mop sink and not on to the floor in a high traffic area.

    Observation: The water pressure in the mens' room is inadequate. Floor drains at the three vat sink and the mop sink need cleaning.
    Correction: Increase the water pressure in the handsink in the men's room and clean out all floor drains.

    Observation: Observed methods are not being used to control flies. Glueboards were saturated.
    Correction: Flies shall be controlled to minimize their presence on the premises by using methods such as trapping devices or other methods as required.
