Observed meat (sausage & lamb) purchased from the farmer's market properly labeled and marked with the USDA inspection stamp. 2. No raw animal products are put into the crepes. 3. Observed the employee health policy posted in the mobile unit. 4. The service area and commissary remain the same (no changes).
