Food sources are Restaurant Depot, Sam's Club, Costco, Farmer's Market (produce). 2. The fire extinguishers were inspected on 10/24/14. Recommend that they are inspected annually. 3. All raw meats and other proteins (lamb, chicken, sausage, eggs) are precooked in small batches on the gas burners, cooled, and then put into the crepes when cooked per order. Observed meat (sausage & lamb) purchased from the farmer's market properly labeled and marked with the USDA inspection stamp. 2. All raw meats and other proteins (lamb, chicken, sausage, eggs) are precooked in small batches on the gas burners, cooled, and then put into the crepes when cooked per order. No raw animal products are put into the crepes. 3. Observed the employee health policy posted in the mobile unit. 4. The service area and commissary remain the same (no changes).
