Verified appropriate use of commissary (The Market at Forest Lakes) for washing, rinsing and sanitizing food contact surfaces. Manager reports that metal pitchers are washed, rinsed and sanitized every hour as needed. Coffee service area appeared clean and well organized. Recommend posting cleaning & sanitizing procedures (recommend cleaning & sanitizing metal pitchers every 2 hours).
