No food or supplies on the premises at the time of inspection. All equipment is new made of stainless steel and well designed. Requirements before opening; post the permit and CFM certificate where the public can see them, clean all equipment and floor before serving, correct violations mentioned above, and register a second person for the CFM course. Facility has met all the plan review requirements and approved for business. Permit issued.
