This visit was made to conduct a routine food safety evaluation. This establishment is not approved for any food preparation including cutting fruits and vegetables. You will need to install a 3 comp sink and designated hand washing sink in order to be approved for this operation. When you have a site plan prepared, please submit it to the Health Department along with a $200 plan review fee. You will need to include the drawing, menu, equipment list, and water heater specifications. Until you are approved, you must cease any food preparation.
