Ensure remaining fryer baskets are thoroughly cleaned before using. 6) Ice machine has damaged gasket. Note: Upstairs bar will use only bottled drinks and drinks mixed in disposable plastic drink cups when it opens. Manager has stated that the upstairs bar area "will not be opened until latter in season" and has agreed to have a handsink installed in the upstairs bar prior to opening.
