Hand soap must be provided at all hand washing lavatories to encourage proper hand washing. Hand cleanser must always be present to aid in reducing microorganisms and particulate matter found on hands. Repair/replace soap dispenser,
Comments:
This facility only serves prepackaged sandwiches, diced fruit that is prepped in hotel's main kitchen. Coffee and espresso is also served here.Operator will check food temperatures upon arrival from the main ktichen. Facility was generally clean and well ordered. Good refrigeration temperatures and will post employee health policy and review with staff.

All food preparation is conducted in the restaurant kitchen and held cold in the convenience shop. Refrigeration temperatures were below 41 degrees.

- 1320 - There was no temperature measuring device located in the refrigerators.
Provide a temperature measuring device in all hot or cold holding equipment used to store potentially hazardous foods so that employees can routinely monitor the ambient air temperature. Manager agreed to correct and has shielded thermometers already on order. - 2810 - Wall or wall covering in the back service area is not smooth and easily cleanable. Seal around: 1) all conduit which runs through walls, 2) seal plastic wall board junctures to render them smooth and easily cleanable.
Repair or replace wall or wall covering to make it smooth and easily cleanable. Correct by 3/20/07.
Approved for operation. Substantial compliance noted with the Virginia Food Regulations as observed on this date. Permit issued with conditions (see file).
