  • 3340 - Corrected During Inspection Critical Container of degreaser is not properly stored to prevent the contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens or single service items. It is stored on the work unit, which is the top of the beer refrigerator.

  • 0550 - Corrected During Inspection In-use utensils improperly stored between use. THE ICE SCOOP IS LYING IN THE ICE BIN WITH THE HANDLE IN THE ICE.
  • 1320 - Repeat There was no temperature measuring device located in the beer unit with milk and the two in the lower part of the pizza unit are BROKEN.
  • 1320 - Repeat The temperature measuring device located the Kol Gard and the bottom of the pizza unit are not easily readable because they sit at a right angle to your eyesight.
  • 1510 - The person in charge could not provide a food temperature measuring device.
  • 1570 - The can opener blade is rusted and dull. IT ALSO NEEDS TO BE RUN THROUGH THE DISH MACHINE DAILY.
  • 1600 - Repeat The interior surfaces of the mechanical warewashing machine are soiled with (food debris, limescale) that may decrease the effectiveness of the unit.

NOTE: As of March 2007 all refrigeration units must be able to maintain temps. at or below 41 degrees, and auto warewashing machines must have an audio or visual alarm for the sanitizer. Please get a Qaut. sanitizer test kit or remove the Quat. sanitizer from the three compartment sink. Chlorine based sanitizer is the primary sanitizer used. A chlorine test was available.

All items from the May 17, 2005 inspection have been addressed. I was wrong regarding the vacuum breaker on the sprayer at the dish machine; there is one installed down at the lower handles.
