    Correction: Need to drain, then clean and sanitize and make sure to continue cleaning and sanitizing at intervals that will keep from this problem reoccurring.

    Observation: Observed accumulations of dust, dirt, mold/mildew or other debris on the following nonfood-food contact surfaces: plastic mat and self under where plasitic cups stored in waitress area..
