The mistaken use of food from an unlabeled container could result in chemical poisoning.

0470 A 4 - Corrected During Inspection Raw shell eggs stored over ready to eat (RTE) foods. Place eggs onto the bottom shelf.
0550 - Scoops without handles are used to dispense ingredients. Provide scoops with handles.
1100 - The carpet used on the oil dolly is not easily cleanable. Remove the carpet from the dolly and provide a surface which is smooth and easily cleanable.
1100 - The spatulas are torn. Trim the cracked areas.
1770 C - The ice bucket has grenadine splashed onto the outside. Clean and sanitize the bucket.
2320 B - The y shaped valve is missing a check valve. Provide a check valve to prevent back siphonage into the potable water.
3140 - Employee coats stored on the dry storage shelving. Provide a rack or hooks along the wall away from food preparation and storage areas.

2350 ii - A leak observed at the handsink in the kitchen. Fix the leak.
2350 ii - The soda gun line is placed onto the floor. Place the line over the drain.
2930 - A small hole in the ceiling observed around the condensate line. Seal the hole.
3030 - No continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel has been provided at the bar. Hand drying devices such as individual disposable paper towels, a Continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel or heated air hand drying device must be provided at all hand washing lavatories to encourage proper hand washing and avoid employees to drying their hands on their clothing or other unclean materials
Comments:
The dishmachine racks were unavailable for use to test the dishmachine. The dishmachine will be checked on the first routine inspection. The ventilation hood is awaiting final approval by the fire marshall. Approved for permit.
