| Facility currently does not serve food to the individuals who attend the center. Inspection conducted and permit issued by request of the organization operating the kitchen. Individuals bring meals from their place of residence. Unable to determine if dish machine is functioning properly. Recommend looking into whether machine is due for servicing. Use 3-compartment sink if machine does not reach appropriate temperatures. Final rinse on plate surface should be 160'F or higher. Gauge should read 180'F. Upcoming regulations will require either temperature sensitive tape or a maximum registering thermometer to verify rinse water temperatures.
