Correct by keeping hot food 135 degrees or higher.
Comments:
Need ASSE1022 or similar atmospheric backflow prevention device on carbonator for soda machine. Dipper well faucet is submerged below overflow of unit. Adjust faucet to provide adequate air gap between faucet and flood rim/overflow of sink. Quat is 200 ppm in bucket-just right.
