All items noted during the previous inspection have been addressed. Once a physical copy of the Building Department Certificate of Occupancy has been issued, a copy will be provided for the health department file. No food preparation observed during today's inspection. Facility is within substantial compliance with the Virginia Department of Health Food Regulations, therefore permit is issued. The following items need to be addressed prior to issuance of a health department permit. 1. A certificate of occupancy must be issued by the Spotsylvania County Building Department. 2. Soap, paper towels, and hand washing signs must be posted at all hand sinks. 3. Drain pipes at the three compartment sink and ice machine must be cut to provide adequate air breaks. 4. Dish machine must be operational. 5. Ensure all equipment is washed, rinsed and sanitized prior to use. 6. Final cleaning of physical facility. 7. Ensure reach in cooler (prep cooler) is holding between 36'F and 38'F. Routine inspection is tentatively scheduled for Thursday November 7th, 2013 at 3:00 PM.
