Potentially hazardous food stored in this refrigerator was discarded during inspection. Do not store any food in this refrigerator until it can hold food at 41 F or below, Notify me when refrigerator has been repaired or if you decide to no longer use the refrigerator.

Monitor temperature of the dessert refrigerator. Although foods inside were within temperature, the ambient air temperature inside the unit was in the upper 40's. The thermometer on the exterior of the unit was reading above 60 F. A thermometer was placed inside the unit during the inspection. If the temperature is too high, all food should be moved to another refrigerator.

Dishwasher is working properly and chemicals are being installed for the 3-compartment sink and test strips will be provided. Must have a certificate of occupancy before opening. Still need to vent the bathroom and provide signs at the handsinks.
Issue yearly health permit ( as soon as C.O. is received).
