Overall very clean facility and cart. Repair request has been placed and will be serviced tomorrow (5/26/2006).

Provide a temperature measuring device in all hot or cold holding equipment used to store potentially hazardous foods so that employees can routinely monitor the ambient air temperature.
Comments:
This is a follow-up inspection of the new cart prior to approval to operate. Approved to operate as part of the Kohr bros /Twist Again facility. Post permit, food safety operators certificate and cleaning and daily maintenence schedule on the cart. Approval contingent on proper supply of clean handwashing water on a daily basis, and proper cleaning and sanitizing of utensils at the associated kitchen and compliance with the Board of Health Food Regulations
