Comments:
The following items must be addressed:
1) Provide smooth, non-absorbent, easily cleanable ceiling tiles over kiosk.
2) The hot water in the restrooms must be a minimum of 110F.
3) Ensure temperature in display case reaches a temperature capable of holding foods at 41F or below. Recommend 38F or less - thermometer reading.
4) Adjust sanitizer to dispense at 200 ppm quat.
