Comments: Needs sent "Outdoor cooking guidelines". Rest-room will have "Employee's only sign on it" and "no public rest-rooms/no smoking" sign out front. Facility had thermometer. Try to store all foods at least six inches off the floor (onions). Be sure that scoop is stored handle up in ice. Reem 50 gallon hot water heater will be replaced soon. Please update the health department when this will be replaced.
