Comments:
No violations observed on this date. Facility appears clean and well-maintained, and is in substantial compliance with the provisions of the Food Regulations.
(1) Handwash sinks are stocked and accessible
(2) Chemical sanitizer test kit is available and being used
(3) Implements are being used to minimize bare hand food contact
(4) Bulk ingredients are properly labeled
(5) Chemicals and maintenance items are stored properly
Please submit manufacturer's specification sheet if a new refrigeration unit is purchased.
Recommended that drain valves (levers) be installed at the 3-compartment sink, to allow the user to control the flow of draining water. Also, the P-trap may need to be upgraded to prevent the escape of sewer gas and other noxious odors from the drain/grease trap.
