• 0820 A 2 - Critical Sour cream and cheese were not cold enough.
  Ensure that potentially hazardous foods for cold holding are maintained at 41F or below to inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria.
• 1450 - Repeat The makeline refrigerator was not cold enough.
  Repair the makeline refrigerator. Should be 33 - 39 degrees F .
• 1770 A - Corrected During Inspection Critical The following equipment food-contact surfaces were observed soiled to sight and touch: can opener.
  Clean and sanitize these surfaces for food contact.

April 30, 2009 (Routine)

• 1450 - The refrigerator was not cold enough.
  Provide additional refrigeration necessary to maintain food items at 41 degrees F . Improper food storage temperatures are a major contributing factor to foodborne illness.
• 1600 - The interior surfaces of the mechanical warewashing machine are soiled with (food debris, limescale) that may decrease the effectiveness of the unit. Wash arm tubes are clogged.
  Increase the frequency of cleaning or limescale deposit removal from the interior surfaces of the unit to maintain unit performance. Unclog wash arm tubes.
• 1700 - Critical Chlorine sanitizing solution used was not at an acceptable concentration.
  Adjust the chlorine sanitizing solution to a level of at least 25 parts per million when the pH is at 10 or less and the water temperature is at 120F.
• 1770 A - Critical The following equipment food-contact surfaces were observed soiled to sight and touch: cutting boards.
  Clean and sanitize these surfaces for food contact.
• 1800 - The nonfood contact surface of the fan guard ion the walkin had accumulations of grime and debris.
  Clean the surface at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues that become encrusted or attract mold.
• 2010 - Clean equipment/utensils were found stored under a microwave oven.
  Discontinue storage of clean equipment and utensils in a location subject to contamination. Store properly as instructed.
• 2350 ii - The drain tube at the soda gun holder is missing. Floor drains are not clean.
  Plumbing systems and components shall be maintained in good repair.
