This inspection visit was made to assure that the homestyle refrigeration unit at this facility had either been repaired or replaced. Visit confirmed that the unit has been replaced with a new refrigerator. The food temperatures in the new unit were well within the required regulatory cold hold food temperature requirements. The non-food contact surfaces and cleanliness of the physical facility was observed to be much improved. Great job, thank you.
