  • 1960 - Several metal pans over the 3 compartment sink were found stacked while wet after cleaning and chemical sanitization.
  • 3180 - Repeat There are general accumulations of dirt, debris, and food spill throughout the facility. Areas of note included the floor and walls near the water heater, flooring under the soda dispensing unit in the kitchen, and the floor and walls near the rice cooker and grease trap in the kitchen.

Discussed the following hand washing issues with the operator. All wait staff must wash their hands before serving food, drinks or other items every time they bus tables on engage in other activities which involve handling of soiled dishes, cups, or other utensils. Also, when washing dishes the person(s) involved must adequately wash or sanitizer their hands between loading of dirty utensils and equipment and unloading, stacking, or handling of clean items.
