  • REPLACE THE DOOR SWEEP FOR THE KITCHEN'S BACK DOOR SO LIGHT CAN NOT BE SEEN THROUGH THE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR.
  • THE COOK LINE STEAM TABLE WAS BEING USED TO REHEAT CHILI AND GRAVY. DISCONTINUE THIS PRACTICE AND USE THE OVEN OR RANGE TO REHEAT POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS AND THE STEAM TABLE FOR HOT HOLDING ONLY.
  • THE RIGHT REFRIGERATED DRAWER WAS NOT HOLDING POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS AT 41F OR LOWER. IMMEDIATELY DISCARD THESE FOODS AND MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO THE UNIT TO HOLD FOOD AT 41F OR BELOW.
