  • CLEAN WALL AND FLOOR NEXT TO 2 DOOR FREEZER AND MAINTAIN IN CLEAN CONDITION.
  • CONCENTRATION OF QUAT SANITIZER IN SPRAY BOTTLES WAS GREATER THAN 400 PPM. CORRECT CONCENTRATION IS 200 - 400 PPM. USE TEST STRIPS TO DETERMINE PROPER MIXING OF SANITIZER.
  • DISCONTINUE USING WOOD BOTTLE RACK FOR FLAVORINGS (ON BACK COUNTER). PROVIDE A BOTTLE RACK CONSTRUCTED OF ACRYLIC, LAMINATE OR STAINLESS STEEL.
  • PROVIDE TEST STRIPS FOR CHECKING CONCENTRATION OF CHLORINE SANITIZER. (CORRECT CONCENTRATION IN SINK IS 50 - 200 PPM).
  • RESEAL THE TOP OF KITCHEN HANDWASHING SINK.
