DISCONTINUE STORING SINGLE SERVICE CUPS & LIDS ON WOOD SHELVING, AND SYRUP BOXES ON PLASTIC RACK, IN THE STORAGE BUILDING. PROVIDE NSF APPROVED SHELVING/RACKS FOR STORAGE OF SINGLE SERVICE ITEMS AND SOFT DRINK SYRUP BOXES.
