  • AS DISCUSSED, TIME AS PUBLIC HEALTH CONTROL WILL BE IMPLEMENTED FOR TWO PANCAKE BATTER STATIONS ON COOK LINE. WIPE OFF MARKER WILL BE USED INDICATING TIME BATTER WAS PLACED ON LINE AND BATTER WILL BE REMOVED WITHIN 4 HOURS.
  • OBSERVED FOOD EMPLOYEE TOUCH READY TO EAT FOOD WITH BARE HANDS. DISCUSSION OCCURRED WITH NATHAN AND PROCEDURE TO ELIMINATE BARE HAND CONTACT WITH READY TO EAT FOODS WILL BE IMPLEMENTED.
  • OBSERVED TWO CONTAINERS OF PANCAKE BATTER ON COOK LINE AT 51* F. AS DISCUSSED, BATTER WAS PLACED WITHIN COLD UNIT AT 9 AM. BATTER WILL BE USED BY 12 PM AND TIME AS PUBLIC HEALTH CONTROL WILL BE IMPLEMENTED.
  • REMOVE FOOD CONTAINERS NOT MAINTAINED IN GOOD REPAIR. OBSERVED DAMAGED PLASTIC FOOD CONTAINER DURING INSPECTION. CORRECTED ON SITE.
  • REPLACE DAMAGED HOOD FILTER OVER COOK LINE.
  • RESURFACE OR REMOVE DAMAGED CUTTING BOARDS WITHIN CLEAN STORAGE AREA NEAR DISH MACHINE.
