  • CLEAN THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: WALL ABOVE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK, FAUCET AT BACK HANDWASHING SINK AND MOP SINK.

  • HOT WATER HEATER WAS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY DURING INSPECTION. PROVIDE SERVICE FOR HEATER TO PROVIDE HOT WATER AT ALL TIMES.
