    Chemical dish washer sanitizer detected at 0ppm Chlorine. Please provide and maintain an approved chlorine chemical sanitizer solution that has a minimum concentration of 50 ppm. CORRECTION: PIC primed dish washer and re-ran 2x. Sanitizer detected at 50ppm Chlorine.
  • Rule Violation and Requirement: VIOLATION OF SECTION 3-501.16 *PRIORITY* Potentially hazardous food is not maintained at proper hot or cold holding temperatures, specifically:
    Front one door reach in ambient air temperature 49°F. Yogurt and hard boiled eggs stored in this cooler. Please ensure all potentially hazardous foods are maintained at 41°F or less. CORRECTION: Breakfast service from 6-9am. Foods have not been out for service longer than 4 hours. PIC states food is consistently rotated.

Please ensure all employees drink only from covered beverage containers with a handle or straw in food preparation or utensil washing areas. CORRECTION: Lid and straw was placed on beverage. Provided employee beverage hand out.
