    Observed small amount of black/grey growth in ice machine. Please ensure equipment such as ice bins are cleaned when required by the manufacturer or as necessary to keep them clean.

    Observed front hand washing sink being used as a dump sink. Please ensure handwashing sinks shall be accessible at all times for employee use and not used for other purposes. CORRECTION: Hand sink will be washed, rinse and sanitized. Will no longer be used as a dump sink.

Rude employee. Older woman. I Went in and the machines were full. Decided to use the restroom and was told it was for customers only. I said I was going to play, she looked at me and said "all my machines are full". Will not ever spend a dime there again. Thanks.
