    The following products were observed holding above 41F in prep cooler food pans: veggie burger=49F and chicken breast =50F. Products are most likely exposed to hot kitchen environment , sliced the prep cooler temperature is 40F. The chicken breast and veggie burgers were discarded at the time of inspection.

I was in this rest.on Sundayarch 26 2017 about 1130 am.and a young lady was helping me...she was wonderful..(i hope she sees this).she took the time to toss my rose Mary fries...it was my first time getting them...my experience was awsome..
I just stopped by bugerville on scholls ferry March 28th 2017 at 545 pm and it had a few people in there eating...there were more employee's than customers not doing a whole lot...I watched the man take 2 seconds to toss my fries..let me tell you not even half my fries had oil on them...very disappointed today...may be the last time going in there...thanks
