    Burgers off the grill were checked for cooking temperature showed final cooking temperature at 144F. The manager discarded the under cooked burgers. The grill speed was lowered at the time of inspection and new burgers cooking temp reached 170F.

    Observed quaternary ammonium sanitizer solution in the three compartment sink with a measured concentration greater than 400 ppm. **CORRECTION** The PIC replaced the orifice for the dispenser during the inspection. After the correction, the dispenser was producing quat solution with a measured concentration of 300 ppm.

My burger was cold and the fries were hard and,like warm will not go back.. A lot of money for cold food
