Today's visit is a reinspection of an uncorrected repeat priority item found at the semiannual. At the last inspection, there were cartons of various dairy products out at room temperature. This facility is now documenting the time the product is put out by marking the carton with a sharpie. This helps the facility ensure that no product is out longer then four hours. Violation corrected.
