Person in charge stated that he has contacted a pest control company to help in controlling the flies and the pest control company will visit the facility on 09/29/2015. The premises shall be maintained free of insects, rodents, and other pests. Their presence shall be eliminated by routinely inspecting incoming shipments of food and supplies, routinely inspecting the premises for evidence of pests, and eliminating harborage conditions.
