Facility is utilizing a stand pipe spigot located in front of the mobile to obtain fresh water. The hose was connected to the spigot upon arrival. There is no backflow prevention devise on the hose or connections. Previous report (Oct. 2013) required that the hose be disconnected after each use or that backflow prevention devise be installed. **CORRECTION** The hose was immediately disconnected at today's visit.
