    Observed an improper employee beverage container with fluid sitting on top of a food prep-top table. CORRECTION: Operator removed improper employee beverage container from shelf and was educated on importance of using approved beverage containers. A handout showing approved employee beverage containers was given to operator.
  • Information: Cold Food Temperatures. Temperature of 41°F(5°C) or colder is required. Based on thermometer accuracy, two degrees F or one degree C tolerance is given.
