General Comments that relate to this Inspection Opening Inspection:Facility is approved for operations as a (risk category 1; Grocery Health Permit) with the following conditions:1) Clean walk-in refrigeration unit under racks and remove old rubber mats.2) Clean floor drain outside of walk-in refrigeration unit.3) Repair damaged floor in restroom and outside restroom.4) Caulk/re-seal around handsink in restroom.5) Remove any single service articles from restroom including napkins; in addition; store uniforms in another location.
