Facility has automated trigger to inspect dates on sales floor routinely.-all dented cans are removed from sale; recall procedures in place-chemicals labeled and properly stored-reach in with dairy at41F; temperatures are monitored 2x daily by a manager during line checks-freezers ok - all product frozen-ice labeled as required-employee restrooms stocked and clean-regular pest control by Western; no issues noted at time of inspection-dumpster checked ok-facility is clean and organized-discussed employee health - ensure anyone with gastrointestinal symptoms (vomiting / diarrhea) is excluded for 48 hours after symptoms stop.
