Opening inspection:Using roller grill to cook hot dogs. Cook hot dogs to temperatures of 165 f for 15 seconds then hot hold @ 140 f. Hot dogs will be held for 4 hours and then discarded.Will be a risk 2 facility.All tongs will be washed in 3 compartment sink @ Burger King. Counters clean and organized.Walk in @ 38 f.
