Handsinks stocked properly and operating properly. 3 comp sink operational. Floors and counters - ok. **Clean facility before friday. Clean inside cabinets; wipe surfaces; and floors. **Silicone or caulk counters by coffee area & by handsink. Discussed area with James. **Dish Machine - still needs to be worked on and dish machine will need to be re-inpsected before opening to public. Re-inspection friday morning.
