Also in the women's restroom in the main concourse soap was not dispensing at two of the three sinks. At time of inspection manager had an employee re-fill the soap at each handwash station.     Physical facilities must be kept clean as often as necessary. Observed in main concession area an excessive amount of popcorn on the floor (even early in the morning which would suggest it was not cleaned overnight). Cabinet underneath back, right side Icee machine is sticky. Drains near main ice machines had debris such as wrappings and popcorn on the floor. Dry storage areas have debris such as boxes, popcorn, wrapping paper underneath equipment. Dry storage room with pop syrups have an excess of caps over the floor and in the drain bowl, some syrup bags underneath racks. Keep facilities clean.

At time of inspection the manager located handwashing signs in the office and provided them in each restroom. Violation Corrected.
