    Observed at time of inspection hand wash sink in the employee bathroom is not providing hot water of 100 F. Correct by repairing sink so it can provide hot water of 100 F. A follow up will occur in about 10 days.

    Observed at time of inspection person in charge stated that they ran out of sanitizer several days ago. Person in charge stated food contact surfaces were washed and rinsed with soap and hot water and they had not used sanitizer since they ran out. Correct IMMEDIATELY by providing sanitizer so food contact surfaces and utensils can be correctly wash rinsed and sanitized. Facility voluntarily closed until sanitizer is provided. A follow up will occur in about 10 days. When sanitizer is provided re-wash rinse and sanitize all food contact surfaces and equipment.,
