AN AIR GAP OF AT LEAST 1 INCH WAS NOT PRESENT BETWEEN THE END OF THIS PVC PIPE AND THE RIM OF THE FLOOR SINK BELOW. THE END OF THE PIPE WAS OBSERVED TO BE AT OR BELOW THE LEVEL OF THE FLOOR SINK RIM. PROVIDE AN AIR GAP OF AT LEAST 1 INCH BETWEEN THE END OF THE PVC PIPE AND THE RIM OF THE FLOOR SINK BELOW. ALTERNATELY, THE AIR GAP COULD BE CREATED BETWEEN THE END OF THE GREEN TUBE AND THE TOP OF THE PVC PIPE. 2.
