- Observed the sanitizing rinse of the dishmachine at less than 10 ppm of chlorine. The chlorine container was empty. Sanitizing rinse must be 50-100 ppm of chlorine. A new chlorine container was installed and the feeder line was primed. The sanitizing rinse then became 100 ppm of chlorine. Violation corrected.
