- AT THE TIME OF TODAY'S INSPECTION AN AIR GAP OF AT LEAST 1 INCH WAS OBSERVED BETWEEN THE END OF THE DRAIN LINE FROM THE DISH MACHINE SANITIZER RESERVOIR AND THE RIM OF THE FLOOR DRAIN BELOW. THE AIR GAP WAS CREATED BY SECURING THIS LINE TO A MOUNTED COPPER PIPE WITH A LARGE ZIP TIE. THE VIOLATION IS NOW CONSIDERED CORRECTED.
