THESE BIBS WERE OBSERVED CONNECTED TO FREE UN ATTACHED BLACK HOSES. THE THIRD BIBB WAS ATTACHED TO A GREEN GARDEN HOSE. TO ENSURE THAT THE POTABLE WATER SUPPLY IS PROTECTED FROM THE POTENTIAL OF BACK FLOW EITHER: 1. INSTALL A HOSE BIBB VACUUM BREAKER ON THE 3 BIBBS, OR CAP OFF OR REMOVE THE THREADS ON THE BIBBS SO IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO ATTACH A HOSE. THIS IS A CRITICAL VIOLATION. A RE-VISIT INSPECTION WILL BE CONDUCTED WITHIN 10 - 30 DAYS TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE.
