- AT THE TIME OF TODAY'S INSPECTION, AN AIR GAP OF AT LEAST 1 INCH HAD BEEN PROVIDED BETWEEN THE END OF THE DRAIN LINE FROM THE BAR ICE BIN (CLOSEST TO THE ICE MACHINE) AND THE RIM OF THE FLOOR DRAIN BELOW. THE AIR GAP WAS CREATED BY ATTACHING A CHAIN TO THE LINE AND ANCHORING THE OTHER END OF THE CHAIN TO A SCREW DRIVEN INTO A CABINET WALL BEHIND THE DRAIN LINE.
